Género textual Procuração: tradução comentada alemão-português

Abstract

A tradução jurídica, ao longo dos anos, tem vindo a despertar um grande interesse no mundo da tradução. É neste seguimento que este projeto se insere, procurando demonstrar estratégias e ferramentas que auxiliam no processo tradutivo bem como a terminologia específica do género textual Vollmacht/procuração quer na língua alemã quer na língua portuguesa. Serve então como meio de reflexão e sobretudo de difusão, contribuindo para avanços na tradução jurídica.

Legal translation has occupied great interest in the translation industry over the years. In this context, this project aims to describe the strategies and tools that assist the translation process, as well as the specific German and Portuguese terminology of the textual genre that confers powers of attorney. Therefore, it is used as reflection tool and, above all, a means of dissemination which will contribute towards the advance of legal translation
